FIGHT CAMP CIRCUITS
Push yourself to the limit in this high-intensity circuit class designed to build endurance, strength, and agility. Fight Camp Circuits will test your limits and prepare you for any challenge.
GO THE DISTANCE
Train like a pro with this stamina-focused class that combines boxing drills and endurance exercises. Whether prepping for a fight or looking to build lasting strength, Go The Distance will get you there. (HR Monitor required)
H.I.T
Unleash your power in this explosive full-body workout. With a mix of heavy bag work and strength training, H.I.T is designed to increase punch power, speed, and overall fitness.
BOX TECH’
Sharpen your skills and master the fundamentals in Box Tech’. This class focuses on technique, footwork, and precision, making it perfect for beginners and seasoned boxers looking to refine their form.
ROCKY CONDITIONING
Get lean, toned, and powerful with Rocky Conditioning. This class blends boxing-inspired movements with targeted exercises for your full body and core, leaving you feeling strong and sculpted.
SPARRING (From 26th April)
Designed to elevate your boxing game by putting your skills into practice in a safe, controlled environment. With expert guidance from our coaches, you’ll focus on movement, timing, distance, and light-contact sparring drills.
Headguards and sparring gloves are provided – just bring your own gumshield.
Each class runs for 45 minutes.
